Brax Vandervort is the Director of the Worship Ministries at The Vineyard. He directs the development of our adult and student worship teams. He is passionate about seeing people connect with God and offer Him their praise through worship and music.
Brax has attended The Vineyard Church since it began back in 1995. At the age of 13, God got a hold of his heart and his relationship with Jesus took off. God called him to lead worship at that same time and has been actively pursuing that calling ever since. He knows that the journey isn’t always easy, but the prize is so worth it. He feels God the most often spending time in the Word and through a great time of worship. He loves seeing people experience that same thing.
He stays busy being the oldest of 6 kids, which can get pretty crazy. In his spare time, he loves to hang with great friends, watch movies and reruns of 24, play the piano, and eat Chipotle. He loves striped v-neck shirts, the color green, the smell of fresh-cut grass, and the feeling that hand sanitizer kills 99.9% of germs.
