Leadership Development 101
Has God called you into leadership at The Vineyard? Curious about what is involved? This class lays a foundation for all leadership positions at The Vineyard. It is a requirement for individuals who desire to lead in our Childrenʼs Ministries, Student Ministries, Small Group Ministries, coordinate a ministry team, or serve on the Celebration Prayer Team. Vineyard 101 and Vineyard 201 are prerequisites to this workshop, in addition to reading The Way of the Shepherd by Kevin Leman. Pick up your copy at The Resource Center and make sure you have read the book before the workshop.
