Heroic Faith: Learning from God’s Great Risk-takers
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for. (Hebrews 11:1-2)
Have you ever been inspired by a story? Heard of someone climbing to the top of a mountain, watched a movie about the underdog who triumphs against all odds or seen someone online that never gave up and lost 175 pounds? These stories are all around us, and they often make us want to jump off the couch and say, “I want to do that!” Our summer series, Heroic Faith: Learning from God’s Great Risk-takers, explores people like this, people who took risks and put their lives on the line for God and His Kingdom. For their faith, their names have been forever etched in the Bible. Join us to hear about their Heroic Faith and be inspired to become the heroes of our own generation.
