Purpose

We exist to make new followers of Jesus Christ and disciple students, 6th-8th and 9th-12th grade, into maturity. Our vision is that they would experience the love of God, know the Word of God, and give themselves recklessly to the will of God.

Aftershock

Every Sunday Night, 6-8pm
Meeting at The Vineyard Church

Celebrations take place most 1st and 3rd Sunday nights and are for both middle school and high school students. These gatherings are designed for students who want to connect with God and their friends in a high volume and intense way. A typical meeting includes a time of worship, a teaching, and prayer. Click here to listen to a past Aftershock Celebration message.

Groups take place most 2nd and 4th Sunday nights and are for both middle school and high school students. These groups help mentor students through relationships that will shake up this generation for Jesus!  Groups are led by an adult and run throughout the school year. A typical meeting includes hangout time, small group interactions, and prayer.

5th Sundays are for both middle school and high school students. These events happen four times a year and take many different forms. Activities may include an extreme night of worship, outreach projects, or interactive prayer exercises.

Weekend Celebrations

Saturday 5:30pm, Sunday 9am, 10:20am, 11:40am

Middle School Core Class is a place for students to connect with one another and with God. Students begin in the main auditorium and then are dismissed to their Core Class after worship. A typical meeting includes snacks, hang out time, small group discussion, and prayer.

High School Students are invited to join adults in the main auditorium for the entire Weekend Celebration. Our regular Weekend Celebrations are applicable to high school students and are even designed with them in mind.

Middle School and High School Students also have an opportunity to serve at the Weekend Celebrations on a Ministry Team. Examples include Children’s Ministry, Greeting Team, Coffee Team, and Media Team. Ask Matt for more info.

Special Events

A few times a year students get an opportunity to get out of town and spend time with their friends as well as grow closer to God. Examples include Thistleberry Farm Trip, Acquire the Fire Student Conference, Five Pines Tubing & Cross Country Skiing Trip, and SOS Student Conference. Check out Online Registrations for more info.

A yearly medical release form is required for special events, click here to view and print the medical release form.
