Clint Schwartz, Executive Pastor
Clint Schwartz is the Executive Pastor at The Vineyard.  In June of 2007 he left his job in the corporate world to come on staff for what he calls a "higher" calling.
Clint committed his life to Christ as a young child after hearing his Mennonite pastor preach a message on Heaven and Hell. He wanted to know for sure that he was going to Heaven and not Hell when he died. He visited his pastor and had salvation explained as a free gift, that it can't be earned, and so Clint received the gift of salvation that night. He has been serving Christ the best that he can ever since.
Clint recently received the MLK Drum Major Award, given to those who embody the words of Martin Luther King: "If you want to say that I was a drum major, say that I was a drum major for justice. Say that I was a drum major for peace. I was a drum major for righteousness. And all of the other shallow things will not matter." Clint accepted this award on behalf of the Vineyard family, and shared that “without their commitment to service, their willingness to share their financial blessings, and their personal sacrifices, we wouldn’t be able to do what we have been able to do so far.” We’re proud of you, Clint!
He enjoys family time with his wife Rose, and five children Michael, John Michael, Anna, Benjamin & Rebekah. He also enjoys camping, canoeing in Canada, biking, walking in the woods and lying in his hammock. With five children, his life rarely has a dull moment!
