Vineyard Community Center

What is the Vineyard Community Center?

The goal of the Vineyard Community Center is to bring the light and love of God to families in the neighborhood around Hillis Hans Park. We hope to do this through open doors, providing educational support and life-skills training, meeting practical needs, and emphasizing faith in Jesus to both children and adults.

What to Expect

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

  • 4-6pm: Educational Support (snack 4-4:30) Students receive help with homework help. If no homework: educational packets, worksheets, or projects.
  • 6-6:15pm: Break
  • 6:15-8pm: Activity Hours. During these hours, the center is open and flexible and includes time for games, crafts, classes, sports, workshops, etc.

Wednesday

  • 4-6pm: Educational Support (snack 4-4:30) Students receive help with homework help. If no homework: educational packets, worksheets, or projects.
  • 6-6:15pm: Break
  • 6:15-8pm: Family Dinner - donations welcome, but not required

Friday

  • 4-6pm: Activity Hours. During these hours, the center is open and flexible and includes time for games, crafts, classes, sports, workshops, etc.

*Special classes/workshops will be scheduled periodically, such as: Seasonal parties, guest speakers/activities, Mishawaka Library STEAM program, older kids night, Second Saturdays, Bible studies, etc.
